  • How do I become a reseller of Green Contour products?
    If you would like to become a reseller of Green Contour products, we invite you to fill out the contact form , and choose the “Become a reseller” category. Give us information about your store and its universe, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. As a reminder, Green Contour products are currently sold only on our website.
  • What are the delivery times?
    Delivery time varies depending on the carrier and geographic area: Colissimo Point Relais (France): 2 to 5 working days Colissimo Domicile (France): 2 to 5 working days TNT (France): 1 to 2 working days Colissimo International (Europe): 5 to 15 working days Colissimo International (Outside Europe): 10 to 15 working days
  • I can't find my confirmation email, how can I access my order tracking?
    You can access your order tracking by clicking on this link (which is also accessible in the banner at the bottom left "order tracking"). Then simply enter the postal code of the delivery address and your email.
  • Where can I find my order history and invoices?
    To find your order history as well as your invoices, you can click here, or go to the "my account" tab by clicking on the little man at the top right then on "orders".
  • What material are the products made from?
    The products are made using PET or polyethylene terephthalate, which is a material made from recycled plastic bottles. This material is light, durable, safe and with a lower carbon footprint than other materials, PET is the most recyclable plastic in the world.
  • Is your manufacturing process Made In France?
    Yes of course ! All our products are made in France. From the raw materials to the workshop that manufactures our products to the packaging, everything is made in France.
  • How do I attach my product to the wall?
    Our products are attached to the wall using dowels and screws, which are included in our boxes. Our screws attach to plaster and concrete walls and brick walls. However, if you have a placo wall, you can use molly dowels or glue your product using double-sided adhesive or dedicated glue (the products are very light).
  • Are the names on the box included?
    For the Mountains range , stickers to display on the wall with the names of the peaks are included in each box. For the City range , we do not provide adhesive.
  • I received my order but the product is not the correct one
    We are very sorry if you received the wrong product. So that we can remedy the situation, please contact us by email at this address: contact.greencontour@gmail.com and write "My product is not the right one" in the subject of your email. Please note, so that we can process requests efficiently, please attach photos of the product , as well as your order number.

  • It's for a gift, can you collect the invoice?
    Don't worry, we don't put any invoices in our packages. All your invoices are online, directly in your customer area .
  • It's for a gift, can I have it delivered to an address other than mine?
    Yes of course. To add another address, you can go to your customer account at the top right. Then go to “Addresses”. Then click on “Create new address”. Once the address has been added you can select it as the delivery address.
  • I would like to know if you have plans to create a product of my choice in the near future?
    We create our new products based on the requests we receive from our customers and we always try to please as many people as possible. Do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized product!
